           MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE RECEIVED DURING ADJOURNMENT


                          Enrolled Bill Signed

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2019, 
the President pro tempore (Mr. Grassley) announced that on January 22, 
2020, during the adjournment of the Senate, he had signed the following 
enrolled bill, which was previously signed by the Speaker of the House:

       H.R. 5430. An act to implement the Agreement between the 
     United States of America, the United Mexican States, and 
     Canada attached as an Annex to the Protocol Replacing the 
     North American Free Trade Agreement.
