  Mr. HUIZENGA. Madam Speaker, I rise today regarding missed votes. Had 
I been present for roll call vote number 33, on concurring in the 
Senate Amendment with the Rep. Khanna Amendment Specified in Section 
4(a) of H. Res. 811, I would have voted ``nay.'' Had I been present for 
roll call vote number 34, on concurring in the Senate Amendment with 
the Rep. Lee Amendment Specified in Section 4(a) of H. Res. 811, I 
would have voted ``nay.''
