  Mr. PERLMUTTER. Madam Speaker, I rise today to recognize and applaud 
Flights Wine Cafe, and its owners Dave Granquist and Lavonne Wise, on 
being awarded the West Metro Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the 
Year Award.
  Dave Granquist and Lavonne Wise purchased Flights Wine Cafe about 
four years ago in Morrison, Colorado. In 2019, they relocated to a 
larger location in Olde Town Arvada in a quaint cottage home with large 
outdoor patio.
  The Cafe hosts a variety of events from baby showers to birthday 
parties to weddings. They offer beer, spirit, and great food in 
addition to wine, and they are always looking for uncommon wines. As 
part of its contribution to the local community, the Cafe's ``Flights 
Crew'' is a community-minded group which works with Impact and Jeffco 
Public Schools.
  I extend my deepest congratulations to Flights Wine Cafe for this 
well-deserved recognition.
