       H.R. 5749. A bill to amend title XI of the Social Security 
     Act to establish the American Insulin Program to provide for 
     lower prices for insulin drugs, to maintain effort throughout 
     the insulin supply chain, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the 
     Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently 
     determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of 
     such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
     committee concerned.

       H.R. 5750. A bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans 
     Affairs to provide electronic certificates of eligibility to 
     persons who are entitled to educational assistance under 
     certain educational assistance programs of the Department of 
     Veterans Affairs; to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.
           By Ms. CLARKE of New York (for herself, Ms. Moore, Mr. 
             Soto, Mr. Grijalva, Mr. Thompson of Mississippi, and

       H.R. 5751. A bill to increase deployment of electric 
     vehicle charging infrastructure in low-income communities and 
     communities of color, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the 
     Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, for a period to 
     be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

     for navigation, and for other purposes; to the Committee on

       H.R. 5754. A bill to direct the Secretary of Health and 
     Human Services to revise regulations to remove the 
     requirement under the Medicare program that an off-campus 
     facility or organization shall be located within a 35-mile 
     radius of a hospital or critical access hospital, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and 
     in addition to the Committee on Ways and Means, for a period 
     to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
     for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

             of New York):
       H.R. 5755. A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to 
     provide that a Member of Congress convicted of certain 
     offenses relating to campaign finance violations shall not be 
     eligible for retirement benefits based on that individual's 
     Member service, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     House Administration, and in addition to the Committee on 
     Oversight and Reform, for a period to be subsequently 
     determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of 
     such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
     committee concerned.

       H. Res. 828. A resolution expressing the sense of the House 
     of Representatives that the United States Trade
