  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi: Committee on Homeland 
     Security. Supplemental report on H.R. 1140. A bill to enhance 
     the security operations of the Transportation Security 
     Administration and stability of the transportation security 
     workforce by applying the personnel system under title 5, 
     United States Code, to employees of the Transportation 
     Security Administration who provide screening of all 
     passengers and property, and for other purposes (Rept. 116-
     398, Pt. 2).
       Ms. SHALALA: Committee on Rules. House Resolution 866. 
     Resolution providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 
     2339) to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with 
     respect to the sale and marketing of tobacco products, and 
     for other purposes (Rept. 116-409). Referred to the House 
     Calendar.
