                        MESSAGES FROM THE HOUSE

  At 10:02 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mr. Novotny, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 4508. An act to expand the number of scholarships 
     available to Pakistani Women under the Merit and Needs-Based 
     Scholarship Program.

  The message also announced that the House has passed the following 
bill, with an amendment, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       S. 1822. An act to require the Federal Communications 
     Commission to issue rules relating to the collection of data 
     with respect to the availability of broadband services, and 
     for other purposes.

  At 5:03 p.m., a message from House of Representatives, delivered by 
Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 6074. An act making emergency supplemental 
     appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, 
     and for other purposes.
