         REPORTS OF COMMITTEES ON PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS

  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Mr. NADLER: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 5581. A bill 
     to clarify the rights of all persons who are held or detained 
     at a port of entry or at any detention facility overseen by 
     U.S. Customs and Border Protection or U.S. Immigration and 
     Customs Enforcement; with an amendment (Rept. 116-412, Pt. 
     1). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state 
     of the Union.
       Mr. NADLER: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 2214. A bill 
     to transfer and limit Executive Branch authority to suspend 
     or restrict the entry of a class of aliens; with an amendment 
     (Rept. 116-413, Pt. 1). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.


                         DISCHARGE OF COMMITTEE

  Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XIII, the Committees on Foreign Affairs, 
Homeland Security, and Intelligence (Permanent Select) discharged from 
further consideration. H.R. 2214 referred to the Committee of the Whole 
House on the state of the Union.
  Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XIII, the Committee on Homeland Security 
discharged from further consideration. H.R. 5581 referred to the 
Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
