                    ORDERS FOR MONDAY, MARCH 9, 2020

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 3 p.m., Monday, 
March 9; further, that following the prayer and pledge, the morning 
hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day, and morning business be closed; further, that following leader 
remarks, the Senate resume consideration of S. 2657; further, that 
notwithstanding rule XXII, the cloture motions filed during today's 
session of the Senate ripen at 5:30 p.m., Monday, March, 9, and that 
the mandatory quorums under rule XXII be waived; finally, that the 
first-degree filing deadline with respect to the cloture motions filed 
during today's session be at 3:30 p.m.
