       S. 3418. A bill to amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster 
     Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to allow the

     revolving funds to provide hazard mitigation assistance to 
     reduce risks from disasters and natural hazards, and other 
     related environmental harm; to the Committee on Homeland

     Land Management, the Forest Service, and the Bureau of Indian 
     Education, and to provide permanent, dedicated funding for 
     the Land and Water Conservation Fund, and for other purposes; 
     read the first time.
