  Mr. DeFAZIO. Madam Speaker, on March 9, I was unable to be present 
and missed the following votes due to my attendance at the 
Transportation Trades Department Executive Committee Meeting on 
official duties. If present, I would have voted: YEA on Roll Call No. 
91, and YEA on Roll Call No. 92.
