    UNITED STATES CODE, OF THE RULE SUBMITTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF 
  EDUCATION RELATING TO BORROWER DEFENSE INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the joint resolution by 
title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       Calendar No. 439, S.J. Res. 56, a joint resolution 
     providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of 
     title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the 
     Department of Education relating to ``Borrower Defense 
     Institutional Accountability''.
