Chamber Action
  The Senate met at 3:02:16 p.m. in pro forma session, and adjourned at 
3:06:27 p.m. until 2 p.m., on Monday, April 20, 2020.
Pro Forma Session--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached 
providing that notwithstanding the pro forma session, Senator McConnell 
be recognized to speak.

Pro Forma Sessions--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was 
reached providing that the Senate adjourn, to then convene for pro 
forma sessions only, with no business being conducted on the following 
dates and times, and that following each pro forma session, the Senate 
adjourn until the next pro forma session: Monday, April 20, 2020 at 2 
p.m.; Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.; Monday, April 27, 2020 at 
8 a.m., and Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 1 p.m.; and that when the 
Senate adjourns on Thursday, April 30, 2020, it next convene at 3 p.m., 
on Monday, May 4, 2020.

Feitel Nomination--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached 
providing that the order of March 26, 2020 with respect to the 
nomination of Robert J. Feitel, of Maryland, to be Inspector General, 
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, be modified to occur at approximately 
3:00 p.m., on Monday, May 4, 2020, with all other provisions of the 
previous order remaining in effect.

Authorizing Leadership to Make Appointments--Agreement: A unanimous-
consent agreement was reached providing that the order of March 26, 
2020, notwithstanding the adjournment of the Senate, the President of 
the Senate, the President Pro Tempore, and the Majority and Minority 
Leaders be authorized to make appointments to commissions, committees, 
boards, conferences, or interparliamentary conferences authorized by 
law, by concurrent action of the two Houses, or by order of the Senate, 
be renewed.
