Report Filed: A report was filed today as follows:
H. Res. 938, providing for the adoption of the resolution (H. Res. 935) establishing a Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis as a select investigative subcommittee of the Committee on Oversight and Reform (H. Rept. 116–419).
Speaker: Read a letter from the Speaker wherein she appointed Representative Castor (FL) to act as Speaker pro tempore for today.
Providing for the adoption of H. Res. 935: The House agreed to H. Res. 938, providing for the adoption of the resolution (H. Res. 935) establishing a Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis as a select investigative subcommittee of the Committee on Oversight and Reform, by a yea-and-nay vote of 212 yeas to 182 nays, Roll No. 103, after the previous question was ordered without objection. Subsequently, H. Res. 935 was adopted.

Order of Business--Consideration of the Senate amendment to H.R. 266: Agreed by unanimous consent that debate under clause 1(c) of rule 15 on a motion to suspend the rules relating to the Senate amendment to H.R. 266 be extended to two hours.

Suspension: The House agreed to suspend the rules and pass the following measure:
Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act: Concurred in the Senate amendment to H.R. 266, making appropriations for the Department of the Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, by a \2/3\ yea-and-nay vote of 388 yeas to 5 nays with one answering ``present'', Roll No. 104.
