                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 10:02 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mr. Novotny, one of its reading clerks, announced that the pursuant 
to section 201(b) of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 
(22 U.S.C. 6431), and the order of the House of January 3, 2019, the 
Speaker appoints the following individuals on the part of the House of 
Representatives to the Commission on International Religious Freedom 
for a term effective May 14, 2020, and ending May 14, 2022: Ms. Anurima 
Bhargava of Chicago, Illinois and Dr. James W. Carr of Searcy, 
Arkansas.
