                     EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS, ETC.

  Under clause 2 of rule XIV, executive communications were taken from 
the Speaker's table and referred as follows:

       4345. A letter from the Secretary, Department of Defense, 
     transmitting a letter on the approved retirement of 
     Lieutenant General

     John N.T. Shanahan, United States Air Force, and his 
     advancement to the grade of lieutenant general on the retired 
     list, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 1370(c)(1); Public Law 96-513, 
     Sec. 112 (as amended by Public Law 104-106, Sec. 502(b)); 
     (110 Stat. 293); to the Committee on Armed Services.
       4346. A communication from the President of the United 
     States, transmitting continuation of the national emergency 
     with respect to securing the information and communications 
     technology and services supply chain that was declared in 
     Executive Order 13873 of May 15, 2019, is to continue in 
     effect beyond May 15, 2020, pursuant to 50 U.S.C. 1622(d); 
     Public Law 94-412, Sec. 202(d); (90 Stat. 1257) (H. Doc. No. 
     116--129); to the Committee on Foreign Affairs and ordered to 
     be printed.
       4347. A letter from the Under Secretary, Personnel and 
     Readiness, Department of Defense, transmitting the 
     Department's FY 2019 No FEAR Act report, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 
     2301 note; Public Law 107-174, 203(a) (as amended by Public 
     Law 109-435, Sec. 604(f)); (120 Stat. 3242); to the Committee 
     on Oversight and Reform.
