                               MEMORIALS

  Under clause 3 of rule XII,

       172. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Legislature of 
     the State of Washington, relative to Substitute Senate Joint 
     Memorial 8017, requesting that Congress take appropriate 
     steps to: Restore federal benefits for COFA migrants, 
     including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and 
     Medicaid; which was referred jointly to the Committees on 
     Natural Resources and Foreign Affairs.
