  At the request of Mr. Kennedy, the name of the Senator from North 
Dakota (Mr. Cramer) was added as a cosponsor of S. 945, a bill to amend 
the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 to require certain issuers to disclose 
to the Securities and Exchange Commission information regarding foreign 
jurisdictions that prevent the Public Company Accounting Oversight 
Board from performing inspections under that Act, and for other 
purposes.

  At the request of Mr. Kennedy, the name of the Senator from Ohio (Mr. 
Brown) was added as a cosponsor of S. 2417, a bill to provide for 
payment of proceeds from savings bonds to a State with title to such 
bonds pursuant to the judgment of a court.
