  The following petition or memorial was laid before the Senate and was 
referred or ordered to lie on the table as indicated:

       POM-201. A resolution adopted by the Borough Council of the 
     Borough of Seaside Heights, New Jersey, supporting New Jersey 
     Senate Resolution 23, which urges the United States Congress 
     to designate ``The Most Beautiful Lady in The World: Statue 
     of Liberty Anthem'' as the official anthem of the Statue of 
     Liberty; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
