MOMENT OF SILENCE IN REMEMBRANCE OF THE OVER 100,000 AMERICANS WHO HAVE 
                  PASSED AWAY FROM THE COVID-19 VIRUS

  The SPEAKER. The Chair asks that all Members in the Chamber, as well 
as Members and staff throughout the Capitol and Members wherever they 
are, rise for a moment of silence in remembrance of the over 100,000 
Americans who have passed away from the COVID-19 virus.
