                            PETITIONS, ETC.

  Under clause 3 of rule XII, petitions and papers were laid on the 
clerk's desk and referred as follows:

       103. The SPEAKER presented a petition of the Board of 
     Chosen Freeholders of Hudson County, NJ, relative to 
     Resolution No. 239-4-2020, urging Congress and the President 
     to ensure the fiscal health of the United States Postal 
     Service by approving the Postmaster General's request of $50 
     Billion in grants and $25 Billion in additional Treasury 
     Loans; to the Committee on Oversight and Reform.
       104. Also, a petition of the City Council of Somerville, 
     MA, relative to a resolution calling on the State and Federal 
     government to enact a coronavirus relief response that is 
     equitable in its approach to housing, work, financial 
     assistance, voting rights, and incarcerated people; jointly 
     to the Committees on Financial Services, Education and Labor, 
     and the Judiciary.
