                      ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE SPEAKER

  The SPEAKER. Without objection, notwithstanding section 3 of House 
Resolution 981, further consideration of the veto message and the joint 
resolution, House Joint Resolution 76, is postponed until the 
legislative day of June 26, 2020, and on that legislative day, the 
House shall proceed to the constitutional question of reconsideration 
and dispose of such question without intervening motion.
  There was no objection.
