  Under clause 3 of rule XII,
       120. The SPEAKER presented a petition of the City 
     Commission of Lauderdale Lakes, FL, relative to Resolution 
     No. 2020-039, supporting the Black Lives Matter Foundation, 
     Inc. and the Black Lives Matter Movement, opposing the use of 
     excessive force law enforcement, police brutality, and the 
     unlawful killing of Black people, and encouraging the United 
     States Congress and Florida Legislature to take immediate 
     action to end and combat all law enforcement practices that 
     encourage, support or tolerate the profiling and targeting of 
     Black people and that result in the unlawful killing of Black 
     people; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
