  Mr. HUDSON. Madam Speaker, I was unknowingly exposed to someone who 
later tested positive for Coronavirus. Out of an abundance of caution 
and for the health and well-being of my colleagues, I am in self-
quarantine until Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 12:01 a.m. As such, I had 
to miss this vote series.
