                      CHILD CARE IS ESSENTIAL ACT

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the 
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to recommit on the bill 
(H.R. 7027) making additional supplemental appropriations for disaster 
relief requirements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and 
for other purposes, offered by the gentlewoman from Washington (Mrs. 
Rodgers), on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
