                     EXECUTIVE REPORTS OF COMMITTEE

  The following executive reports of nominations were submitted:

       By Mr. GRASSLEY for the Committee on Finance.
       *Alina I. Marshall, of Virginia, to be a Judge of the 
     United States Tax Court for a term of fifteen years.
       *Christian N. Weiler, of Louisiana, to be a Judge of the 
     United States Tax Court for a term of fifteen years.
       *Michael N. Nemelka, of Utah, to be a Deputy United States 
     Trade Representative (Investment, Services, Labor, 
     Environment, Africa, China, and the Western Hemisphere), with 
     the rank of Ambassador.

  *Nomination was reported with recommendation that it be confirmed 
subject to the nominee's commitment to respond to requests to appear 
and testify before any duly constituted committee of the Senate.
