                  ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, AUGUST 6, 2020

  Mr. MORAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m., 
Thursday, August 6; further, that following the prayer and pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day, and morning business be closed; further, that following 
leader remarks, the Senate proceed to executive session and resume 
consideration of Calendar No. 645. I further ask that notwithstanding 
the provisions of rule XXII, the cloture motion with respect to 
Calendar No. 645 ripen at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow; finally, if cloture is 
invoked, the postcloture time expire at 1:30 p.m. and, if confirmed, 
the motion to reconsider be considered made, laid upon the table, and 
the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action.
