                               MEMORIALS

  Under clause 3 of rule XII,

       193. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Legislature of 
     the State of Nevada, relative to Assembly Joint Resolution 
     No. 1, urging the President and Congress of the United States 
     to provide flexible funding for state, local and tribal 
     governments to account for anticipated public budget 
     shortfalls as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic; which was 
     referred to the Committee on Oversight and Reform.
