                            PETITIONS, ETC.

  Under clause 3 of rule XII, petitions and papers were laid on the 
clerk's desk and referred as follows:

       123. The SPEAKER presented a petition of Mr. Gregory D. 
     Watson, a citizen of Austin, TX, relative to requesting 
     enactment of Federal legislation that would mandate 
     transparency and disclosure by pharmaceutical manufacturers 
     of the production costs of prescription drugs sold to United 
     States citizens so as to encourage consumer prices that are 
     more commensurate with those production costs; which was 
     referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
       124. Also, a petition of the Board of Supervisors of the 
     City and County of San Francisco, CA, relative to Resolution 
     No. 294-20, urging the United States Congress to Pass the 
     Justice in Policing Act of 2020; Commerce, and Armed 
     Services.; which was referred jointly to the Committees on 
     the Judiciary, Energy, Commerce and Armed Services.
       125. Also, a petition of the Board of Supervisors of the 
     City and County of San Francisco, CA, relative to Resolution 
     No. 263-20, urging the State and Federal Government to 
     Include Large Nonprofits in Upcoming COVID-19 Relief 
     Packages; which was referred jointly to the Committees on 
     Ways and Means, Appropriations, the Budget, Small Business, 
     and Financial Services.
