        EC-5278. A communication from the Deputy Assistant 
     Secretary of Legislative Affairs, Department of the Treasury, 
     transmitting, pursuant to law, a report to Congress from the 
     Chairman of the National Advisory Council on International 
     Monetary and Financial Policies; to the Committees on

        EC-5279. A communication from the President of the United 
     States, transmitting, pursuant to law, a report relative to 
     the issuance of an Executive Order that takes additional 
     steps to address the threat posed by mobile applications, in 
     particular the mobile application TikTok, with respect to the 
     national emergency declared in Executive Order 13873 of May
