       S. 4527. A bill to maintain prompt and reliable postal 
     services during the COVID-19 health emergency, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Homeland Security and 
     Governmental Affairs.

       S. 4528. A bill to strengthen the United States' ties with 
     Latin American and Caribbean countries through diplomatic, 
     economic, and security cooperation, to counter efforts by the 
     People's Republic of China to undermine United States' 
     interests and values in the Americas, and to promote economic 
     development and competitiveness in the Latin America and 
     Caribbean region; to the Committee on Foreign Relations.

       S. 4529. A bill to improve access by Indian Tribes to 
     support from the Schools and Libraries Universal Service 
     Support program (E-rate) of the Federal Communications 
     Commission, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Indian Affairs.

       S. 4530. A bill to establish a Snow Water Supply 
     Forecasting Program within the Department of the Interior, 
     and for other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and
