H.R. 8067. A bill to direct the Secretary of Health and
Human Services, acting through the Director of the Agency for

research related to the United States health care system's

H.R. 8068. A bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans
Affairs to make certain improvements relating to mental
health and suicide prevention outreach to minority veterans
and American Indian and Alaska Native veterans, and for other
purposes; to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.

H.R. 8069. A bill to prohibit the Secretaries of Commerce
and of the Interior from issuing grants for the conservation
of a species that is listed as endangered under a State law

flood activity pilot program to assist flood response efforts

H.R. 8072. A bill to amend the Help America Vote Act of
2002 to prohibit an election official from transmitting a
ballot to an individual by mail for an election for Federal
office unless the official certifies to the chief State
election official that the individual is eligible to vote in
the election; to the Committee on House Administration.

H. Con. Res. 110. Concurrent resolution expressing the
sense of Congress that the President should do everything in
his power to achieve resolution and repayment of the
defaulted sovereign debt of the People's Republic of China
held by 20,000 families in the United States represented by
the American Bondholders Foundation, LLC; to the Committee on
Financial Services, and in addition to the Committee on
Foreign Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined
by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such
provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee
concerned.

House of Representatives that the Nation should honor and
