  Under clause 3 of rule XII,

       194. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Senate of the 
     State of West Virginia, relative to Senate Resolution 72, 
     urging Congress to take steps to safeguard pharmaceutical 
     supply chains in a global economy and revitalize 
     pharmaceutical manufacturing in the United States; which was 
     referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
