missed votes in

the House of Representatives due to severe weather flight delays.
  Had I been present, I would have voted: AYE on Roll Call No. 184--the 
CHARGE Act (S. 2193), and AYE on Roll Call No. 183--the Congressional 
Budget Justification Transparency Act (H.R. 4894).
