  Ms. TORRES SMALL of New Mexico. Madam Speaker, I missed a vote on 
Tuesday, September 15, 2020 as I was at the White House Ceremony to 
celebrate the signing of the historic Abraham Accords. Had I been 
present, I would have voted as follows: YEA on Roll Call Vote No. 186 
(On Agreeing to H. Res. 1107).
