  Mr. CLEAVER. Madam Speaker, for the floor votes on Thursday, 
September 17, 2020, I regrettably erred when casting my vote for roll 
call 194, the Motion to Recommit with Instructions H.R. 2694, the 
Pregnant Workers

Fairness Act. I had intended to vote ``no'' on roll call vote 194, 
against the Motion to Recommit.
