  MOMENT OF SILENCE IN REMEMBRANCE OF THE VICTIMS OF WILDFIRES IN THE 
                         WESTERN UNITED STATES

  The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Thompson of California). The Chair would 
ask all Members to rise for a moment of silence in remembrance of the 
victims of wildfires that have recently afflicted the Western United 
States.
