                          SENATE BILL REFERRED

  A bill of the Senate of the following title was taken from the 
Speaker's table and, under the rule, referred as follows:

       S. 914. An act to reauthorize the Integrated Coastal and 
     Ocean Observation System Act of 2009, to clarify the 
     authority of the Administrator of the National Oceanic and 
     Atmospheric Administration with respect to post-storm 
     assessments, and to require the establishment of a National 
     Water Center, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Natural Resources; in addition, to the Committee on Science, 
     Space, and Technology; and to the Committee on Financial 
     Services for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
     Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
     fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
