   Under clause 2 of rule XIV,

       5386. A letter from the Attorney General, Department of 
     Justice, transmitting proposed legislation to modernize and 
     clarify the immunity that 47 U.S.C. 230 provides to online 
     platforms that host and moderate content, was taken from the 
     Speaker's table, referred to the Committee on Energy and 
     Commerce.
