                    AMENDMENTS SUBMITTED AND PROPOSED

       SA 2673. Mr. McCONNELL (for Mr. Tillis) proposed an 
     amendment to amendment SA 2652 proposed by Mr. McConnell to 
     the bill S. 178, to condemn gross human rights violations of 
     ethnic Turkic Muslims in Xinjiang, and calling for an end to 
     arbitrary detention, torture, and harassment of these 
     communities inside and outside China.
       SA 2674. Mr. PORTMAN (for Mr. Wicker) proposed an amendment 
     to the bill S. 910, to reauthorize and amend the National Sea 
     Grant College Program Act, and for other purposes.
       SA 2675. Mr. COONS submitted an amendment intended to be 
     proposed by him to the bill S. 2657, to support innovation in 
     advanced geothermal research and development, and for other 
     purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table.
       SA 2676. Mr. COONS submitted an amendment intended to be 
     proposed by him to the bill S. 2657, supra; which was ordered 
     to lie on the table.
       SA 2677. Mr. PORTMAN (for Mr. Markey (for himself, Mr. 
     Wicker, and Mr. Blumenthal)) proposed an amendment to the 
     bill S. 3681, to require a joint task force on air travel 
     during and after the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, and 
     for other purposes
