  Mrs. BUSTOS. Madam Speaker, I was unable to vote on September 29, 
2020. The peaceful transition of power following an election is the 
cornerstone of our democracy. Had I been present for the roll call vote 
on H. Res. 1155 to reaffirm this commitment, I would have cast the 
following vote:
  Roll Call 208: Yea.
