An act to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to provide for enhanced penalties for pirate radio, and for other purposes. ____ At 3:05 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the Senate: H.R. 535. An act to require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to designate per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances as hazardous substances under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980. H.R. 5078. An act to amend the Small Business Act to provide re-entry entrepreneurship counseling and training services for incarcerated individuals, and for other purposes. The message also announced the House has agreed to the following concurrent resolution, in which it requests the concurrence of the Senate: H. Con. Res. 83. Concurrent resolution directing the President pursuant to section 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution to terminate the use of United States Armed Forces to engage in hostilities in or against Iran. ____________________
