  SENATE BILLS APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT PRIOR TO SINE DIE ADJOURNMENT

  The President, prior to sine die adjournment of the First Session of 
the 116th Congress, notified the Clerk of the House that on the 
following dates, he had approved and signed bills of the Senate of the 
following titles:

           December 24, 2019:
       S. 737. An Act to direct the National Science Foundation to 
     support STEM education research focused on early childhood.
           December 30, 2019:
       S. 151. An Act to deter criminal robocall violations and 
     improve enforcement of section 227(b) of the Communications 
     Act of 1934, and for other purposes.

  Cheryl L. Johnson, Clerk of the House, after sine die adjournment of 
the First Session of the 116th Congress, reported and found truly 
enrolled a bill of the House of the following title, which was 
thereupon signed by the Speaker on January 9, 2020:

       H.R. 2476. An Act to amend the Homeland Security Act of 
     2002 to provide funding to secure nonprofit facilities from 
     terrorist attacks, and for other purposes.
