               UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--H.J. RES. 90

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that 
notwithstanding the provisions of the Congressional Review Act, H.J. 
Res. 90 remain in status quo through October 19, 2020.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so 
ordered.
