H.R. 8579. A bill to establish a program to provide grants
to eligible entities to deploy, install, and operate advanced
transportation technologies, and for other purposes; to the
Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

H.R. 8580. A bill to amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act
to designate segments of the Little Manatee River as a
component of the Wild and Scenic Rivers System, and for other
purposes; to the Committee on Natural Resources.

H.R. 8581. A bill to direct the Government Accountability
Office to evaluate appropriate coverage of assistive
technologies provided to patients who experience amputation
or live with limb difference; to the Committee on Energy and

Means, and Veterans' Affairs, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of
such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the

H.R. 8582. A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to establish a
tradeable performance standard covering emissions from the
electricity generation and industrial sectors, and for other
purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.

H.R. 8583. A bill to amend the Worker Adjustment and
Retraining Notification Act to require employers who are
ordering a plant closing or mass layoff to cover the cost of
an economic impact study in each impacted unit of local
government, and for other purposes; to the Committee on
Education and Labor, and in addition to the Committees on
Transportation and Infrastructure, and Financial Services,
for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in
each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within
the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

H.R. 8584. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of
1986 to provide for the indexing of certain assets for
purposes of determining gain or loss of eligible individuals;

H.R. 8585. A bill to amend section 240A of the Immigration
and Nationality Act to provide for cancellation of removal
and temporary resident status for certain parents of citizens
of the United States, and for other purposes; to the

H.R. 8586. A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security
Act to provide States with an option to provide medical
assistance to individuals between the ages of 22 and 64 for
inpatient services to treat substance use disorders at
certain facilities, and for other purposes; to the Committee
on Energy and Commerce.

H.R. 8587. A bill to establish a commission to make
recommendations on the appropriate size of membership of the

H. Res. 1190. A resolution thanking and promoting the
professions of perinatal nurses by encouraging participation
in National Perinatal Nurses Week; to the Committee on Energy
