                      RECOGNIZING COACH LOU HOLTZ

   Mr. HILL of Arkansas. Madam Speaker, today I rise to recognize Coach 
Lou Holtz on

receiving the Boys and Girls Clubs of 2020 Leader of the Year Award.
   I congratulate Coach Lou Holtz for his continued effort to make a 
difference in the lives of Arkansans. Holtz spent seven seasons of his 
33-year coaching career as the Razorbacks' football coach in 
Fayetteville.
   Coach Holtz's devotion and passion for greatness can be seen 
throughout his many accomplishments in his career from winning two 
national championships to being both ACC and SEC Coach of the year. I 
am confident he will continue to have lasting positive impact on my 
Arkansans.
   I thank Coach Holtz for his commitment to his students and his 
leadership.
