REQUIRING AN AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF A MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS PRESENT AND 
    VOTING, A QUORUM BEING PRESENT, ON FINAL PASSAGE OF HOUSE JOINT 
                             RESOLUTION 79

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to the adoption of House Resolution 
844 earlier today, House Resolution 842 is considered as adopted.
  The text of the resolution is as follows:

                              H. Res. 842

       Resolved, That an affirmative vote of a majority of the 
     Members present and voting, a quorum being present, shall be 
     required on final passage of House Joint Resolution 79.
