  The following bills were read the first and the second times by 
unanimous consent, and referred as indicated:

       H.R. 1494. An act to strengthen partnerships between 
     historically Black colleges and universities and minority-
     serving institutions and the Department of Homeland Security, 
     and for other purposes; to the Committee on Homeland Security 
     and Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 2932. An act to amend the Homeland Security Act of 
     2002 to ensure that the needs of children are considered in 
     homeland security planning, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 3413. An act to amend the Homeland Security Act of 
     2002 to provide for certain acquisition authorities for the 
     Under Secretary of Management of the Department of Homeland 
     Security, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 4432. An act to require the Department of Homeland 
     Security to prepare a terrorism threat assessment relating to 
     unmanned aircraft systems, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 4737. An act to amend the Homeland Security Act of 
     2002 to require the Under Secretary for Science and 
     Technology of the Department of Homeland Security to research 
     and evaluate existing Federal research regarding approaches 
     to mitigate climate change on homeland security to identify 
     areas for further research within the Department, research 
     and develop approaches to mitigate the consequences of 
     climate change on homeland security, and for other purposes; 
     to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental 
     Affairs.
       H.R. 4753. An act to prohibit the Secretary of Homeland 
     Security from operating or procuring foreign-made unmanned 
     aircraft systems, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 5273. An act to require the Secretary of Homeland 
     Security to develop a plan to increase to 100 percent the 
     rates of scanning of commercial and passenger vehicles 
     entering the United States at land ports of entry along the 
     border using large-scale non-intrusive inspection systems to 
     enhance border security, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
