       SA 1314. Mr. CRAMER (for Mr. Risch) proposed an amendment 
     to the joint resolution S.J. Res. 68, to direct the removal 
     of United States Armed Forces from hostilities against the 
     Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by 
     Congress.
       SA 1315. Mr. RISCH submitted an amendment intended to be 
     proposed by him to the joint resolution S.J. Res. 68, supra; 
     which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations.
       SA 1316. Mr. JOHNSON submitted an amendment intended to be 
     proposed by him to the joint resolution S.J. Res. 68, supra; 
     which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations.
       SA 1317. Mr. JOHNSON submitted an amendment intended to be
