     Transportation, with an amendment in the nature of a 
     substitute:
       S. 910. A bill to reauthorize and amend the National Sea 
     Grant College Program Act, and for other purposes (Rept. No. 
     116-216).
       S. 2299. A bill to amend title 49, United States Code, to 
     enhance the safety and reliability of pipeline 
     transportation, and for other purposes (Rept. No. 116-217).
       By Mr. MORAN, from the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, 
     without amendment:
       S. 123. A bill to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs 
     to enter into a contract or other agreement with a third 
     party to review appointees in the Veterans Health 
     Administration who had a license terminated for cause by a 
     State licensing board for care or services rendered at a non-
     Veterans Health Administration facility and to provide 
     individuals treated by such an appointee with notice if it is 
     determined that an episode of care or services to which they 
     received was below the standard of care, and for other 
     purposes.
       S. 2336. A bill to improve the management of information 
     technology projects and investments of the Department of 
     Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.
       By Mr. MORAN, from the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, with 
     amendments:
       S. 2594. A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to 
     modify certain requirements with respect to service and 
     retirement for the purposes of veterans' preference for 
     Federal hiring.
       By Mr. MORAN, from the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, 
     without amendment:
       S. 3110. A bill to direct the Comptroller General of the 
     United States to conduct a study on disability and pension 
     benefits provided to members of the National Guard and 
     members of reserve components of the Armed Forces by the 
     Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.
