         REPORTS OF COMMITTEES ON PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS

  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 315. A 
     bill to amend the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act 
     of 1977 to authorize partnerships between States and 
     nongovernmental entities for the purpose of reclaiming and 
     restoring land and water resources adversely affected by coal 
     mining activities before August 3, 1977, and for other 
     purposes (Rept. 116-404). Referred tot he Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 3399. A 
     bill to amend the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003 
     to include California in the program, and for other purposes; 
     with an amendment (Rept. 116-405). Referred to the Committee 
     of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. KILMER: Select Committee on the Modernization of 
     Congress. Recommendations to Improve Transparency in the U.S. 
     House of Representatives (Rept. 116-406). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. KILMER: Select Committee on the Modernization of 
     Congress. Recommendations to Streamline House Human 
     Resources, Overhaul the Onboarding Process, Improve Member 
     Continuing Education Opportunities, Modernize House 
     Technology, and Improve Accessibility (Rept. 116-407). 
     Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of 
     the Union.
       Mr. KILMER: Select Committee on the Modernization of 
     Congress. Recommendations to Encourage Civility and 
     Bipartisanship in Congress, Streamline Processes and Save 
     Taxpayer Dollars, and Increase the Quality of Constituent 
     Communication (Rept. 116-408). Referred to the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the state of the Union.
